These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the jiliff platform. By registering or accessing any part of our service, you agree to be fully bound by everything outlined below. Please read each section carefully before proceeding.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the jiliff platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and jiliff, and they apply to all users of the platform regardless of the device or method of access used. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately stop using the platform and close your account if one has been created. Your continued use of jiliff after any update to these Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. These Terms and Conditions apply in conjunction with any other policies published on the platform, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. 2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

This age requirement is non-negotiable and applies to all users across the Philippines and any other jurisdiction from which the platform is accessed. It is a violation of these Terms and Conditions for any person under the age of 18 to register, attempt to register, or use the services offered on this platform in any capacity. jiliff takes its age verification obligations seriously and may request identity documentation at any point to confirm that a user meets the minimum age requirement.
In addition to the age requirement, users must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws of their jurisdiction. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are not located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, and that you are not on any self-exclusion or exclusion list that would bar your participation. jiliff reserves the right to restrict or refuse service to any individual who cannot satisfy the eligibility requirements set out in this section. Any account found to be held or used by an ineligible person will be suspended immediately and any associated funds may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
3. Account Creation & Security
To access the full range of services on jiliff, you are required to create a personal account by completing the registration process and providing accurate, current, and complete information. You may only hold one account on the platform at any given time — the creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password, and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization or if your login credentials have been compromised. jiliff will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account. You agree not to share your account credentials with any other person, and you understand that any transactions or actions taken using your account will be treated as your own. We may implement additional security measures, such as two-factor authentication or identity verification, at our discretion to protect the integrity of user accounts and the platform as a whole.
4. User Obligations & Platform Usage Rules
All users of jiliff are expected to conduct themselves in a lawful, respectful, and responsible manner at all times while using the platform. You agree not to use jiliff for any fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purpose, and not to engage in any activity that disrupts the normal operation of the platform or negatively affects the experience of other users. This includes, but is not limited to, attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploiting technical vulnerabilities, using automated tools or bots, colluding with other players, or misrepresenting your identity or eligibility status.
You are prohibited from using jiliff in any way that violates applicable Philippine laws or regulations, including those relating to anti-money laundering, data privacy, and electronic commerce. Any attempt to launder money, fund illegal activities, or circumvent financial monitoring systems through the platform will result in immediate account termination and reporting to the appropriate authorities. You agree that all funds deposited into your jiliff account are from legitimate sources and are entirely your own. jiliff cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory bodies in the Philippines and will provide information as required by law without prior notice to the account holder concerned.
5. Payments & Transactions (PHP)
All financial transactions on jiliff, including deposits and withdrawals, are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits must be made using payment methods that are supported by the platform and that are registered in your own name — third-party payment arrangements are not permitted. jiliff processes transactions through trusted local payment channels to ensure that Filipino players can move funds conveniently and securely without the need for currency conversion. Processing times for deposits and withdrawals may vary depending on the payment method used, and certain verification steps may be required before a withdrawal is approved.
jiliff reserves the right to request documentation to verify the source of funds deposited into any account, particularly where large or unusual transactions are detected. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. In cases where fraudulent transactions are suspected, jiliff may freeze account funds pending investigation and will cooperate with relevant authorities as required. All financial data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations in the Philippines.
6. Limitation of Liability
jiliff provides its platform and services on an "as available" basis, and while we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous and reliable access, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors, or technical issues at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jiliff and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. This includes, without limitation, any loss of winnings, loss of data, or financial losses incurred due to platform downtime, technical errors, or unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own failure to secure your credentials.
jiliff does not guarantee specific gaming outcomes and makes no representation that any particular game or feature will be available at any given time. The platform is intended for entertainment purposes, and users acknowledge that all gaming involves financial risk and that losses are a natural part of participation. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law. 7. Account Suspension & Closure
jiliff reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion and without prior notice if it determines that the account holder has violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false or misleading information during registration, or otherwise acted in a manner that is harmful to the platform or other users. In cases of suspected fraud or legal violations, account funds may be withheld pending investigation by jiliff and, where applicable, the relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
Users who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team. Before an account is closed, any outstanding verified withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with our standard payment procedures. If an account has been suspended due to a breach of these terms, the user may submit a formal appeal to the support team, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. jiliff is not obligated to restore a suspended account and will make its decision based on the specific circumstances of each case. Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period may also be subject to administrative closure in accordance with our internal policies.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the jiliff platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, icons, audio, and software — is the exclusive property of jiliff or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without the express written consent of jiliff.
Unauthorized use of any intellectual property on the jiliff platform may result in account termination and potential legal action. You must not use the jiliff brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without explicit written permission. Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to jiliff regarding the platform may be used by us freely and without obligation to compensate you. Respect for intellectual property rights is a core principle of how jiliff operates, and we expect all users to share in that commitment.
9. Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
jiliff reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason, including changes in applicable law, platform features, or operational requirements. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page, and where appropriate, we may provide additional notice through the platform or via registered contact details. Your continued use of jiliff following the posting of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the jiliff platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the rest of the terms, which shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and jiliff with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings on the same subject matter.
